TU-604 TAKE-UP ASSEMBLY Power conveyors require a take up expansion unit in order to maintain consistent chain tension throughout the entire system. C-250 Conveyor Chain C-250 Series chain load capacity : 100 lbs./ft., individual loads  ranging up to 400 lbs. (weight1.5lbs/ft.)  Component parts are heat treated and zinc plated.  Machined ball bearings increase load capacity.  Two vertical bearings increase load capacity.  Operates in ovens up to 650 degrees. 	D-1000 Power Drive Unit: This trouble free in-line Drive requires 1/4 h.p.- 1h.p. motor. and permits positioning the drive in the most advantages location on the system, rather than being confined to a horizontal turn, as required on other conventional sprocket guided systems. Speed range 0-80 f.p.m.  Available in fixed or variable speed.  Chain pull capacity= 6000 lps. Example: Distributed loads of up to 30,000 lbs. can be conveyed on a 600 ft. system with only one drive unit. Multiple drives are used for longer systems.
	DS-975 Dust Shield All garment conveyors are equipped with the DS975 Dust Shield which prevents debris from depositing on garments.
	T-250 Straight Track Formed from special alloy steel for better load carrying capacities. The T-250 enclosed track is shipped in 10 ft. lengths for easy handling. Length can easily be modified in the field. The enclosed track protects the moving chain from paint spray and other contamination. Provides built-in runway protection. Standard track finish - zinc plated. Now also available in stainless steel. Weight is 2.2 lbs. per ft.
	C.T.I. 265 Track Inspection Conveyor Truck Inspection is required for the purpose of access to the chain for installation, maintenance, inspection, lubrication and cleaning.
